Where’s my shipping confirmation?!

To do high demand, sometimes it can take a few days between the minute you order and the minute your order ships. As soon as we do ship, you’ll receive a text and/or email notification with the tracking link.

How long does shipping take?

We work with manufacturers all over the world to find the best, atypical products and bring them to our store. However, one of our priorities is also to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you! Add that to the fact that many of our products are in high demand, and the result is shipping times that range from 3-35 days. In general, products will take 2-3 weeks to arrive.

To speed up the entire process, items are sent as soon as they become available. As a result, you may receive each ordered item on different days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to countries all over the world. As delivery estimates in each product description refers to orders from customers in the United States, and international orders may take longer to arrive. Please note that we are not responsible for any duties, custom, or import taxes that may apply.

How often do you guys have deals and giveaways?

As often as we reasonably and financially can! Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or Pinterest for random celebrations, updates, contests, and giveaways.

Is checkout safe and secure?

Yes! We are proud to work with Shopify to make sure the payment process is safe and easy for everyone. If you want additional security, we’re happy to say that we also offer PayPal as a payment option.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer 30-day, hassle-free returns. We cannot refund shipping costs, but we do cover return and exchange shipping. Please read through our refund policy for more details.
